Therapeutic Hypnosis

Therapeutic hypnosis is a modified state of consciousness in which the patient receives suggestions given by the therapist within the framework of a specific issue chosen and agreed upon by both individuals at the beginning of the therapy.

As the name suggests, it is a form of therapy that requires several sessions in order to address the root cause of the problem.

The patient is receptive to the therapist’s words, who will never go against the patient’s values and will have no control over them. In this way, hypnosis addresses the unconscious while the conscious mind remains present.

The indications may vary: stress, anxiety, fear, phobias, chronic pain, trauma, personal development, self-confidence, smoking cessation, eating disorders…

The essential therapeutic relationship in hypnosis is based on trust, listening, and kindness.
